Day 39

This is Toast, is located in downtown Birmingham and is absolutely wonderful.
The entrance of Toast (this is their second location, the first one is in Ferndale)
This was our terrific server, Tony!!!

Mark had the Steak Frites and I had Herb Roasted Chicken. They were both ABSOLUTELY AMAZING...We were blown away by how good the food was here. Also, the COFFEE...the coffee was amazing as well!!! They have it roasted especially for their restaurants.

This place is so adorable and cozy. This is Bosef walking toward me. He is a sweetie.

While shooting Jessica's session, we came across Norman the Great on the streets of Birmingham. He would balance the food on his nose until his owner told him he could eat it and then he would throw it in the air and catch it. Too cute!!!
Jessica was alittle bored while waiting for me, but I loved her expression, so I fired off a shot. She is so adorable.
Jessica is so beautiful. She is very talented and will go far. This is a lightly edited pic (need to take care of stray hairs) and look how gorgeous she is.
I went and shot a few more photos at Body and Soul today. This is Dallas' massage room.

Day 39
The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.

Today was jam packed. I had a mini session at Body and Soul in Brighton, where I had the best chat with Beverlee. Please check out Body and Soul in Brighton for great massages, fitness training and wellness coaching from the awesomely talented Beverlee, Holly and Dallas.
Then on to Birmingham for another modeling session with the wonderfully talented and gorgeous Jessica. It was brutally cold and windy out so we didn't get as much accomplished as I would like. We also stumbled upon a yellow lab named Norman who was balancing his food for eternities before getting the go ahead from his owner. It was cute.
And finally, thank you JoAnna for sending me to Toast. WOW!!! I LOVE this place. First off let me start by saying that the staff at Toast in Birmingham is the most amazing group of people I have ever met in one place!!! Geezzzz, they were so incredibly hospitable and helpful, Mark and I talked about how much we loved them all the way home. Then there is the atmosphere, it is just so cool there, so cozy and cute. There were professionals, the elderly, families and teenagers there...everyone feels comfortable at Toast. And last, but NOT least, the food was TO DIE FOR!!! Seriously, we were blown away. The best food!!! Toast has done it right all the way. But they really hit the nail on the head with customer service. Way to go Toast, I look forward to every trip to Birmingham from now on!!! JoAnna and Shannon...when can we go??? I can't wait.
Until Tomorrow,
Shirley
