Day 10

I have been reading and studying so much, this is my mindless reading for the night...
My friend Tara, gave me a recipe for meatloaf that's sounds pretty simple stupid.
1. Ground beef (I used venison)
2. 8 ounces of fresh salsa
3. 2 bunches of green onions
4. 1 egg
So I made it and it's in the oven as we speak, I will let you know tomorrow how it turned out. It's alot easier then my old recipe.
The ground venison and the onions. Yeah, this looks appetizing...

The green onions for the meatloaf.
The ingredients (minus the egg). The wine is for the chef!!!

This is the most beautiful Gothic house in Howell and look, it's for sale!!! I think Bernice should buy this house...
Train coupler with train in the background passing by.

Train in background passing..I thought this was cool.

Train in Howell. This looked cooler in person.

This giant fish float is made of old, plastic laundry soap jugs. How amazing is that. It is HUGE.
This was such a cool idea. I love all the funky stuff I see, even more so now that I am looking for it.
Day 10
Worked in Holt today and saw this really cool giant fish float made from plastic laundry soap jugs. What a cool idea, also has alot if impact, showing how much waste we produce.
My friend Tara, gave me a really easy meatloaf recipe so I tried it out tonight, I will let you know how it turns out tomorrow. My baby turns 17 tomorrow...where did the time go? We got him something super sweet, but cannot say because he reads the blog. I will post pics from the celebration tomorrow. Happy Almost Birthday Sebastian!!! I heard from my friend Beverlee Smith tonight. She is opening a Wellness Center in Brighton soon, I will be posting all the details and pics as soon as I have them. Mark and Matt are ready for the big snow and so is Sebastian. He said that will be the best birthday gift...fresh powder for snowboarding. Please keep my buddy (and Suzette's son) Nick in your thoughts and prayers, he broke his collarbone today SNOWBOARDING!!!! AHHHHHH...the bummer is that he plows snow and he's finally going to get a big snow and now this.
Until Tomorrow,
Shirley
