Yummy donuts at Brighton Donuts...little sweet masterpieces

Link making my coffee...more sugar please

Link and some of his regulars...you get extra special treatment here!!!

Donut holes in the making...mmmmmm.

Link adding the glaze to the donuts. He assured me that this glaze is fat and sugar free...ya, that's it, fat and sugar free. Zero calories.

Look at the yummy glaze going on the donuts. I love coming when Link is making the donuts, you get hot, fresh, yummy donuts that melt in your mouth. Oooh yeah!

Link adding glaze to the donuts, he is a master donut maker, very skilled...Brighton Donuts has the BEST donuts I have ever eaten. My Dad agrees and he is an
experienced donut eater...I learned from the best!!! Love you Dad.

The donuts frying in totally healthy, non fat oil...yeah, that's it, no fat...mind over matter. There's no fat in these donuts, there's no fat in these donuts, there's no fat in these donuts...

Link hard at work frying my hot, fresh donuts.

Brighton Donuts
Grand River, Brighton
Owned and operated by the Pecaj family, they are wonderful, hard working, beautiful people. They also own and operate Mr. Deli, next door. The BEST deli ever...all fresh and homemade!!!

Newspaper boxes (I am not really sure what they are called) I just liked the colors. Just sucks that the covers of the newspapers never have GOOD news on them...I vote for ONLY GOOD news on the covers of newspapers

My neck x rays taken at Dr. Tent's office in Farmington Hills. Dr. Tent is the GREATEST chiropractor in the whole universe and that's a
fact. He really helped my neck, it is really jacked up. He is also hilarious to talk to...LOVE him!!! He calls Mark "Killer"...I wonder why?

Boston Market. This is where I had lunch at in Novi. They wouldn't let me take pics inside, but I will not boycott them like I did the coffee shop because they were nice about it, unlike the guy at the coffee shop...YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE MEANY!!!

This is the traffic jam I was in this morning due to multiple accidents. I hope the people were OK. I got off on Grand River, BIG MISTAKE!!! So did everyone else...Ugh.

Bessie (my truck, isn't she pretty?) and I are ready to plow through the snow and go to work. Yeah!!! Work...work is good, REAL good!!!
Day 8
I went to work today in Farmington Hills. I think people were on vacation so long, they forgot how to drive in the snow. There were lots of accidents and traffic was at a standstill, but do you think I gave a crap? Heck no...because I was going to work and I was happy. After a meeting with my mentor, I had an appointment with Dr. Tent (the greatest chiropractor in the universe) He found some bad subluxations in my neck and adjusted them. My neck felt so much better after seeing him. Thank you Dr. Tent.I hope this fixes my vertigo. I went to visit Link and family at Brighton Donuts after work...JACKPOT, Link was making donuts!!! SCORE, HOT DONUTS FOR ME!!! OH YEAH...THEY ARE SO YUMMY!!! Thanks Link. Today was also the official launch of the Black Berets Self Defense and Fitness Center. They had a really great turnout and everyone was pleasantly surprised. Even our neighbor went and signed up (one of the few neighbors who speak to us). I am so happy for all of them. Great job guys and girls. Also, please keep my Dad in your thoughts and prayers. He has cancer and is not feeling very well. He needs a miracle to get better. I just wish he felt better and his horses would win ALOT of races to take some financial pressure off of him. Tomorrow I will be in Holt...I wonder what kind of pics I will get there? If anyone knows of any cool places to go in Holt, I am open for suggestions. I hope we get tons of snow so Mark and Matt can plow, plow, plow. If we get a big snow on the weekend, I am going to go with Mark on some plowing jobs, I think it will make for some really fun pictures!!!
Until Tomorrow,
Shirley
