Day 29
Wow...day 29 already!!! I am having such a blast just photographing the people, places and things in my everyday life. Also, the really cool feedback I am getting from everyone really keeps me motivated. Mark cracks up when someone comes up to us and starts talking about something I did on any given day that they saw on the Blog...it's kind of bizarre. But THANKS YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! I went shopping at Green Oak after work. I have been dieing to photograph the outdoor fireplace, but this is STILL not what I have in mind. Anyone engaged or just SUPER in love who want to have some cool couple pics taken at this fireplace, PLEASE contact me asap. I decided for today's pics I would use only my Lens Baby lens (a very distorting lens that I bought at a garage sale for 6.00...steal of the decade, they retail for 100.00) So all of my pics in this Blog today have been taken with it. It is a little tricky as you have to move the lens around manually to get the sharp areas you want, but I LOVE the final images. Later, Janel and I had dinner at Lil Chef and I was so excited to be able to photograph the cute little girls watching their sisters in ballet class (there is a dance studio next to Lil Chef). They were so adorable. I loved using the Lens Baby today and I cannot believe all the little things I have learned from doing this Blog...I learn some little thing (sometimes big) about the technical aspect of photography EVERYDAY. I love this project. Victoria...we HAVE to do the pics before the baby comes...and then after the baby comes...Hurry!!!!
Until Tomorrow,
Shirley
